What are your physical store hours?

Do you have a catalogue of all your product?
No we do not. Our stock is continuously changing; the best thing to do is refer to our product updates blog and call the shop or check online for size / stock availability.
I’d like to purchase an item that you have online, but you don’t have my size. Will that specific item be restocked?
No. All items are limited in size, style and color.
Do you guys wholesale?
Yes, for any wholesale inquiries please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship pretty much anywhere in the world. However, you may have to pay any extra applicable taxes and / or custom fees.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal (online store only).

Is your site secure when I’m shopping?
Yes. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive / credit information is transmitted via Secure Server Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database.
I bought / received a gift card from your store, am I able to use this online?
Unfortunately we are not able to accept your gift card at this time. You can however use it to place a phone order at the shop. (808) 942-3100.
How can I track my package?
For all domestic orders, we ship through USPS You will receive an email confirming your order immediately after your order has been placed. Once your order has been processed through the USPS system, you will receive an second email notifying you with your tracking (or in most cases, confirmation) information.
Do you guys have an email newsletter, and if so where can I sign up for it?
Yes, we do have an email newsletter. Just hit the link in the sidebar of the mainsite and follow the simple instructions.
I see some who wear their caps without their size stickers, some keep them on. Why is this?
Some customers leave the size sticker on for simple style (*shrugs*) however, doing this could slightly damage your cap. If you wear the same cap constantly, it will slowly form a circular ring / shadow where the sticker was when you eventually do take it off.
I bought a hat from you guys, but it’s a tad too big. How can I bring it down?
A simple quick fix is to take a spray bottle of water and spray the inside headband. You can also use a small portable steamer; steam makes the headband constrict, in turn shrinking the size a bit.
I bought a hat from you guys, but it’s a tad too small. How can I make it a little bigger?
After prolonged use and sweating, New Era caps tend to shrink. There is also a simple quick fix for this. Place your cap over your knee with the brim facing toward you and pull on it. Not too hard! You will hear a minor popping sound which is just the plastic taping on the inside of the sweatband breaking a little.
