FITTED HAWAII KAMEHAMEHA DESIGN CONTEST RULES:
• Open the downloadable template and print it (landscape/long way).
• Color the template accordingly using the color chart provided on the template. Any entries submitted with colors that are not on the provided color chart will be disqualified.
• Drop off OR mail your completed template to:

Entries for this contest MUST be turned in on or by May 31st, 2011.
Entries received after May 31st will not be accepted.
Contestants are allowed a maximum of TWO entries per person.
When submitting your entry, please include your full name and phone number in the provided space on the template. If you have a special name for your designed hat, and would like to include a brief description of what it was inspired by, please feel free to do so on a separate sheet of paper.
The chosen winner will be posted on http://fittedhawaii.com within the first week of June.
PRIZE: The winning design will be released as a 30 piece, limited edition quickstrike in the FITTED store. The contest winner will receive a 1 of 1 sample of their hat design, with the option of a custom inside lining of his/her choice.
