We are starting to receive our Spring Custom Sports program. The first of the bunch came in Late yesterday and are now on the floor for sale. Orange SF, Grey SF, Black Boston, Wheat Blue Jay’s, And a custom UH hat. Feel free to call or come through. Also we still have a hand full of Big sizes in the Kala hat. NO SMALL SIZES available, But if you are 7 3/4 and up we might have a couple on the side.

I wanted to take a minute before I get into the release details to thank all of you that check for us every day. Our Market at the current moment is seeing a healthy growth in all aspects. From Shoes, Tees, Cut & Sew, And Accessories. Independents push the envelope, while You as the consumer has the choice to chose from Hundreds of brands to spend your hard earned dough on. All of you hold the key to the gate, With out your support first and foremost it would be impossible to what we do. For that I would like to send a sincere Mahalo as we at FITTED will continue to bring you well thought out quality product.
With that said we are releasing our second colorway for our spring Hat. Kala which in Hawaiian translates simply into Money. Our spring goods had a theme of “KILL HATE”, The fall of men is Greed. History repeats it self time and time again. Envy & Greed all play a part in the hate of another Man or Woman. The Flowers represent growth and life, Things come and go. We also have a tonal print that repeats on the sweat band of the cap. The Hawaiian Proverb basically translates to “when love is giving, love should be received. Anger is the thing that gives no Life”. The hat is also made with Linen, and feature’s single needle embroidery in a repeat pattern. Along with this cap we are also releasing 2 new t-shirts. I will post pics of that Tomorrow.

This Saturday a celebration of Uncle Don’s Legacy will be held on the very beach that made Waikiki a world renowned destination. The City will Close the entire street to make way for an estimated 25,000 people (that’s huge). If your in Town come through and Cruise on the beach kick back, should have all kine entertainment going on. Below is the information from KGMB.

We know not everyone can make it into Waikiki on Saturday, but everyone should be able to say goodbye. That’s why we’re dedicating the full evening to Don Ho and his remarkable life.

The entire state of Hawaii will be able to see Don Ho’s Memorial service and say goodbye to one of Hawaii’s favorite sons in a celebration of his life on Saturday, May 5th, 2007, live from Waikiki on KGMB9. The live broadcast will begin at 4:30 p.m. and will continue into the night, wrapping up a with a special edition of KGMB9 News at 10.

KGMB9 will cover all of the evening’s activities from various vantage points. The live broadcast is scheduled to begin as family and close friends gather to remember the legendary entertainer at a private service and continues as a large flotilla moves offshore Waikiki where Ho’s ashes will be scattered.

Live coverage will continue at Queen’s Surf Beach, where the public tribute and celebration of Don Ho’s legacy begins at 7 p.m. with a full complement of speakers and a remarkable lineup of entertainers.
