Upper Playground announces the Release of a Specialty Collection of Hats for it Spring/Summer
Line.This specialty series of hats was created by leading artists Jeremy Fish (San Francisco) as well as their signature “Steroids” and “Dartmouth” hats. Each design is limited to 144 pieces. The hats are sold exclusively at www.upperplayground.com, Fitted Hawaii and El Kartel.
